Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Atlas ("Atlas", "we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates the Atlas service. By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Atlas is an AI-powered personal productivity assistant operated by Atlas. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.
4. Your content
You own everything you create in Atlas (tasks, goals, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Atlas to break the law, harass anyone, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or abuse the AI features (e.g. for spam or generating harmful content).
6. Plans, payment and refunds
The free plan is offered as-is. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order lookup, or email us at hello@atlas.app and we will pass the request to Paddle. Refunds are issued by Paddle in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
7. AI output
Atlas AI may make mistakes. Output is for personal guidance only and is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
8. Termination
You can stop using Atlas at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
